I do not take appointments over the phone or take calls while on the job, or while driving. All appointments are booked online, as it is a much more efficient and accurate way for you to provide your information.

Appointments are available, Tuesday through Saturday, except holidays. Occasionally, appointments have to be changed due to unexpected delays or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified by text message and or email as to the appointment time and date changes. To avoid delays and confusion, please read and follow instructions provided here and in text or email notifications.

With few exceptions, all payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. Check, cash, Zelle or in very few cases, major credit cards are accepted. Due to high fees, I do not take credit cards unless it is a last resort. Checks by mail are NOT accepted!

Most Dryer Exhaust Outlets at The Madison are Inaccessible. The exhaust outlet for your unit must be accessible from the ground floor. Please check the location, of your outlet, before making an appointment. Scheduled routine maintenance, discount after initial first cleaning.

Landlords & Property Managers

Owners or Managers

Because many tenants are uncooperative and do not respond when contacted, I do not contact tenants! It is your responsibility to schedule with the tenant. My booking page, will provide you with times and days available to book an appointment. Be sure to provide accurate contact and billing email information. If dryer connections are inaccessible, stacked washer/dryer combos, in confined spaces, must be moved by the owner prior to the cleaning appointment.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF COMPLETION.

Residential Clothes Dryer Vent Ducts

Clothes dryer vent duct lint, debris and/or nest removal, upon completion, is checked for proper airflow and is guaranteed except with circumstances beyond our control occur. For example things such as bird or rodent nest, water intrusion, crushed/kinked duct connectors or obstructions caused by man, nature or defective, damaged, malfunctioning outlet covers.
If the customer is not satisfied during the first 90 days, the work will be re-done at no charge.
Guarantee applies to single family residential customers.
